Introducing 'Via Route' for Rate Matrix |

Introducing 'Via Route' which allows shippers to configure contracts with multiple drop-points. For indents which involve multiple drops between a source and a destination, or choosing an interim location on the way to the destination, transporters would charge a separate rate. Pando enables shippers to add this to the contract. A new column 'Via' is being introduced to the rate matrix. The same can be uploaded using point or city names through comma-separated values. |

Dispatch Throughout is the capacity of a plant to dispatch orders for a given day. This is the maximum capacity that can be handled by the plant under normal working conditions( i.e without overtime). Setting up dispatch throughtput allows a plant to set expectations on the number of orders it can deliver in a given day. It is measured either in Volume, or in Truckloads. Dispatch Throughput can be configured for a gate and will feed into Optima while assigning indents. Whenever the Dispatch Throughput ceiling has been exceeded, users will be presented with a warning. Users may then choose to push indents for the next day or opt to ignore the warning. |

Unloading Throughout is the capacity of a plant to take in shipments or unload materials a given day as a part of a secondary movement It defines the maximum capacity of materials that can be accepted/ unloaded at the plant under normal working conditions( i.e without overtime). It is measured either in Volume, or in Truckloads. Unloading Throughput can be configured for a gate and will feed into Optima while assigning indents to the particular gate. Whenever the Unloading Throughput ceiling has been exceeded, users will be presented with a warning. Users may then choose to push indents for the next day or opt to ignore the warning. |
Restrict contracted Transporters from being selected during RFQ |

Users can send the RFQ to all the Transporters even if the same transporter already has a pre-defined Contract. For shippers who'd like to restrict this and ensure only transporters without a contract are displayed, a new checkbox has been introduced in the Bid Slot Admin settings. If disabled, the transporters with a contract will not for the particular lane when an RFQ is raised. |

Select users, such as Gate Managers, will receive a consolidated list of indents that haven't been dispatched. This allows them to stay on top of indents that are delayed and resolve backlogs. |
