Skip option for Multi-drop deliveries
Description:
The Driver App has been enhanced to allow drivers to temporarily skip a reached drop and continue with another drop, while retaining the delivery history and timestamps.
With this enhancement:
- Added Skip for Now after Reach is recorded
- Drivers can skip any drop in a multi-drop trip without completing Release
- Remarks are mandatory, with both reason selection and free-text input
- Reach and skip timestamps are captured and displayed in the trip timeline
- Drivers can return to a skipped drop and perform Reach → Release as usual
- Existing delivery confirmation and OTP flow continue when the skipped drop is resumed
Why This Matters:
- Provides flexibility to handle real-world delivery constraints
- Prevents delays to subsequent deliveries
- Maintains accurate delivery and timeline records
