The Driver App has been enhanced to allow drivers to temporarily skip a reached drop and continue with another drop, while retaining the delivery history and timestamps.

With this enhancement:

  • Added Skip for Now after Reach is recorded
  • Drivers can skip any drop in a multi-drop trip without completing Release
  • Remarks are mandatory, with both reason selection and free-text input
