Centralized Attachments Section in Documents


Description:

The Documents page has been enhanced with a centralized Attachments section, providing a single, scalable location to view all indent-related documents while retaining existing upload workflows.

With this Enhancement:

  • New Attachments section added to the Documents page for centralized document viewing 
  • Existing upload flows remain unchanged; the section is view-only 
  • Supports all attachment types, including LR, POD, Freight Charge, Vehicle Inspection, RC Images, and future document categories 
  • Attachments are organized into Destination-level and Indent-level accordions for easy navigation 
  • POD attachments are available only in the Documents → Attachments section after Mark as Delivered and are grouped by destination for multi-destination shipments 
  • Attachment types are displayed only when applicable based on feature/configuration

  • Provides a consistent and centralized document viewing experience

  • Eliminates the need to navigate across multiple screens for attachments

Enhanced Material Visibility in Optima Split and Combine


Description:

The Optima Split and Combine screens have been enhanced with additional material and freight information to improve visibility during material processing.

With this Enhancement:

  • Added Material Description column alongside Material Code in the Split and Combine screens 
  • Displays the material name at the material level for easier identification 
  • Base Freight Rate is now displayed while selecting the vehicle and transporter 
  • Layout is aligned with the existing Optima Output and Edit screens

Why this Matters:

  • Improves material identification during split and combine operations

  • Provides better cost visibility during vehicle and transporter selection

  • Enables faster and more informed decision-making

  • Delivers a more consistent user experience across Optima screens



Vehicle Number in Invoice PDF


Description:

The Invoice PDF in Pay module has been enhanced to display the vehicle number, providing finance teams with complete shipment details for invoice validation.

With this Enhancement:

  • Added Vehicle Number to the Invoice PDF 
  • Vehicle Number is displayed alongside other transport details, near Vehicle Type 
  • Vehicle Number displayed in the PDF is sourced from the corresponding TMS shipment record 
  • Existing invoice templates remain fully compatible

Why this Matters:

  • Simplifies invoice verification for finance teams

  • Reduces manual cross-checking across multiple documents



Enhanced Search and Filtering in Optima Output


Description:

The Optima Output page has been enhanced with additional search and filtering capabilities, enabling planners to analyze and manage large datasets more efficiently.

With this Enhancement:

  • Added Ship-To Region as a column with sorting support in the Optima Output page 
  • Introduced Destination Region search/filter for region-based filtering 
  • Enhanced Delivery and Material search to support multiple values in a single search 
  • Multiple search inputs can be entered as comma-separated values, with an information tooltip to guide users

Why this Matters:

  • Improves visibility through destination region-based filtering

  • Reduces time spent searching multiple deliveries or materials individually



Real-Time Driver Consent Status in Indent UI


Description:

The Indent UI has been enhanced to display the latest driver consent status, ensuring consent updates are reflected as soon as they are received.

With this Enhancement:

  • Driver consent status is updated in real time based on the latest backend response 
  • "Consent Received" is displayed immediately after the driver provides consent 
  • UI status is aligned with backend consent and tracking information 
  • Eliminates incorrect display of "Consent Not Received" after consent is granted

Why this Matters:

  • Provides accurate visibility into driver consent status 

  • Reduces confusion caused by outdated UI information



Enhanced Transporter Selection Across Large RFQ Lists


Description:

Transporter selection during RFQ while performing Re-Indent action has been enhanced to ensure accurate bulk selection and individual deselection across large transporter lists.

With this Enhancement:

  • Select All now applies across the entire transporter list, not just the initially loaded records 
  • Selected transporter count accurately reflects all selected transporters 
  • Deselecting a transporter affects only that specific transporter 
  • Selection state is maintained while scrolling and loading additional transporters

Why this Matters:

  • Prevents incomplete transporter selection during RFQs in Re-Indent action

  • Eliminates unintended deselection while navigating large lists

  • Enhances usability and reliability for bulk transporter selection



Auto-Fetch Weight and Volume in Indent Material Bulk Upload 


Description:

The Across Indent Material Upload has been enhanced to automatically populate missing weight and volume values from the Material Master, reducing upload errors and simplifying material planning.

With this Enhancement:

  • Supports bulk uploads with or without Weight and Volume values 
  • When the configuration is enabled: 
  • Uploaded values are used when provided 
  • Missing Weight and/or Volume values are automatically fetched from the Material Master 
  • Upload is accepted when missing values are resolved from the Material Master 
  • Audit logs capture upload activity for traceability

Why this Matters:

  • Reduces bulk upload failures and manual effort

  • Ensures consistent material data during planning



Ship-To Pincode in Optima Input UI and Export 


Description:

The Optima Input page and export have been enhanced to include Ship-To Pincode, improving location visibility and data analysis.

With this Enhancement:

  • Ship-To Pincode added as an optional column in the Optima Input grid through the Column Picker 
  • Sorting supported on the Ship-To Pincode column 
  • Ship-To Pincode included in the Optima Input export file 
  • Exported values are consistent with those displayed in the UI

Why this Matters:

  • Improves location-based planning and analysis 

  • Enhances consistency between UI and export data
