RFQ approval screens have been enhanced to display complete source and destination location details, providing approvers with better geographical context during rate validation and approval.

With this Enhancement:

  • Source and destination locations now display in Location Name, City, State format 
  • City and State information is fetched from existing master data 
  • Enhanced location visibility is available in both L1 and L2 RFQ approval screens 
  • UI updated to accommodate additional location details while maintaining readability

Description:

RFQ approval links have been enhanced to preserve approval context during login, ensuring users are redirected to the intended approval screen even after session expiry.

With this Enhancement:

  • RFQ approval context is preserved when users access approval links with an expired session 
  • After successful login, users are automatically redirected to the original RFQ approval page 
  • Active sessions continue to open the RFQ approval page directly 
  • User permissions are validated before granting access to the approval screen 
  • Appropriate error messaging is displayed when the RFQ is no longer accessible 
  • Supports all RFQ movement types, including standard, vendor, and return flows
