Addition of Movement Field in Contract TSD Matrix

This enhancement introduces a new "Movement" field in the Contract TSD matrix, providing users with the ability to segregate Statement of Benefits (SOB) by movement type (Primary, Secondary, Vendor, and Return). This feature aligns with the capabilities of the Rate Matrix, improving flexibility and accuracy in contract handling. 

Features : 

  1. Movement Field in Contract TSD Matrix: 
  1. Added a new, optional Movement field in the Contract TSD matrix. 
  1. Supports the following movement types: 
  1. Primary 
  1. Secondary 
  1. Vendor 
  1. Return 
  1. If left blank during upload, the field will apply to all four movement types by default. 
  1. Data Storage and Handling: 
  1. Movement-wise TSD values will now be stored in the database. 
  1. For existing clients, the Movement field will remain blank and applicable to all movement types unless explicitly updated.

UI Enhancements for Dedicated Tanker Vehicle Management

This release introduces a comprehensive feature to display and manage dedicated tanker vehicle numbers in the UI. The enhancement streamlines the process of filtering, selecting, and managing vehicle numbers for dedicated indents during execution.

1. Dedicated Vehicle Dropdown for Indents 

  • Dropdown Display: 
  • A dropdown lists dedicated vehicles filtered based on: 
  • Source 
  • Transporter 
  • Vehicle Type (from bulk upload or UI-created indent) 
  • Dedicated vs. Market Vehicles: 
  • For dedicated indents, users can select vehicle and Mobile number from the dropdown. 
  • For market and cost indents i.e. non dedicated indents, users can select both the vehicle and Mobile number from the dropdown or can manually enter the vehicle number. 

2. Multi-Pick/Multi-Drop Support 

  • If any leg of a multi-pick or multi-drop indent is dedicated, the entire indent is treated as dedicated, and vehicle selection follows the dedicated flow. 

3. Vehicle Override and Change Handling 

  • Vehicle Number Modification: 
  • Vehicle numbers can be changed during execution. 
  • The newly updated vehicle becomes unavailable, while the old vehicle remains unchanged unless explicitly reassigned. 

  

 

Export Feature for User-Associated Data in Materials Master

An export feature has been implemented for the Materials Master Details screen. Users can now download and review user-associated material data for better visibility and accuracy post-upload. 

Features : 

  1. Export Option: 
  1. A dropdown icon in the Material MDM Master screen allows exporting user-associated material details. 
  1. Columns in the exported file include: 
  1. Material Code 
  1. Additional Users 
  1. Uploaded By 
  1. Updated By 

  1. Bulk Update Tracking: 
  1. A new column, Additional Users Bulk Updated By, has been introduced in the user-associated collections. 
  1. This data will appear separately in the export file. 

  1. Large Data Handling: 
  1. If the data exceeds 500 records, the exported file will be sent via email with the subject: "User-associated material master data export"
