Pay Module Enhancements Audit Data Points
The Pay module’s Timeline tab now displays the User Name and Email ID for actions: Check, Return, Reject, and Approve, improving audit visibility and accountability.
Key Changes:
- User Details: Added User Name and Email ID for Check, Return, Reject, and Approve actions in the invoice slider.
- Impact: This enhancement applies to both Shipper and Transporter views.
This update ensures better audit tracking by displaying user details for key actions in the Pay module.
Transporter Portal Enhancements Cancelled Indents Visibility
The Transporter Portal now includes a filter to exclude Cancelled Indents from the indent listing screen, improving data clarity and focus.
Key Changes:
- Cancelled Indents Filter: Added a multi-select filter (checkbox/dropdown) to exclude cancelled indents.
- Sticky Filter: The last selected filter status will be retained for future logins.
- Default Setting: All statuses will be selected by default.
Impact:
- Transporter Portal: This enhancement applies to the Indent Listing Screen.
This update streamlines views by reducing clutter, making it easier for users to focus on active indents.
Enhanced Session Management for Shipper Transporter and Consignee Apps
To bolster security and improve the user experience, the session management system for the Shipper, Transporter, and Consignee apps has been updated. Users are now automatically logged out after 30 days of login, ensuring secure access and protecting sensitive data.
Key Changes:
Mobile App:
- Users can remain logged in without manual logout for 30 days.
- After 30 days, users are automatically logged out, requiring reauthentication to access the app.
- Applies to Shipper, Transporter, and Consignee mobile apps.
Security Focus:
- Enhanced Data Protection: Prevents unauthorized access by limiting session duration.
- Compliance with Security Standards: Aligns with best practices for secure session management in modern applications.
- Mitigates Risks: Protects user accounts and sensitive logistics data from potential breaches in case of unattended or compromised devices.

- Shipper, Transporter, and Consignee Mobile Apps: Uniform session management across platforms ensures a consistent and secure user experience.
- Improved confidence in the app's ability to safeguard sensitive shipping and transport data.
Users are encouraged to regularly update their apps to ensure the latest security features are in place.
New Role Level Permission View Bid Status
A new role-level permission has been introduced in the Shipper web portal to help the Dispatch Planning (DP) team monitor bid submissions during the RFQ (Request for Quote) process.
Key Changes:
- New Permission: A new role-based permission allows the user to see whether a bid has been placed by a transporter.
- Visibility: Users with the appropriate permission will be able to see a 'money' icon next to transporters who have placed a bid.
- Access Control: This functionality is controlled by the existing permission setting, Hide_Quotes. If enabled, the ‘money’ icon will be shown to users based on their permissions.
Sort Option in Input Listing Page
To improve the user experience on the Optima input listing page, we have introduced sorting options to help users more easily navigate and find the relevant data.
Key Changes:
- Sorting by Date: Users can now sort the input list by Vehicle Requirement Date for better chronological organization.
- Sorting by Numerical Value: Sorting by Total Weight, Total Volume, and Total Quantity is now available for easier comparison of data.
- Sorting by Alphanumeric Values: Users can sort by key identifiers such as Pickup Ref ID, Ship to Ref ID, Sold to Ref ID, Delivery Number, Material Code, and other columns.
Enhanced Timeline Management for Indenting and ReIndenting
The system now supports differentiated acceptance and arrival timelines for indenting and re-indenting to accommodate time-sensitive operations, especially for industries with strict regulatory requirements. This feature ensures better compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Features and Updates:
Separate Acceptance and Arrival Timelines:
- Users can now define distinct cut-offs for Acceptance and Arrival timelines, measured in hours and minutes, providing greater flexibility and precision.
- Enforced across Transporter and Shipper apps.
System Behavior Adjustments:
- If a transporter is changed using the Edit option, the action will not be treated as a Re-indent.
UI and Notification Enhancements:
- Changes reflected in:
- Indent Slider: Updated to display and manage separate timelines.
- Email Notifications: Adjusted templates to highlight the distinct timelines clearly.
SLA Breach Integration:
- It has the ability to view SLA breach timelines for Acceptance and Arrival in the Transporter Portal for better tracking and accountability.
Holiday Calendar Consideration:
- Timeline calculations will account for holidays as defined in the Holiday Calendar, ensuring realistic deadline setting.
