Enhanced SLA Visibility for Indent Acceptance and Arrival in Transporter Portal

Feature Update: 

Transporters can now view distinct SLA timings for Indent Acceptance and Arrival/Placement in the transporter portal. This enhancement ensures clear visibility of SLA breach timings for each milestone, improving compliance and operational efficiency. 

  • Customizable SLA Timing: SLA timings for Indent Acceptance and Arrival are configurable based on client-specific archetypes via Admin settings. 

  • Sequential SLA Breach Display: The portal will first show SLA breaches for Indent Acceptance, followed by Arrival/Placement, ensuring clarity in tracking milestone adherence. 

 

Extended User Session Timeout for Transporter Mobile App

To enhance user convenience while maintaining security and audit compliance, the user session timeout for the Transporter Mobile App has been extended to 30 days. 

  • Key Change: Users will no longer need to manually log in every alternate day, ensuring smoother access to the application. 

  • Applicability: This update applies to all customers using the Transporter Mobile App. 

Impact: 

  • This change improves user experience by reducing frequent logins while adhering to security standards, subject to client approvals for extended session durations.
