Optima App split page enhancement
The workflow in the Optima Split/Combine page has been updated to improve usability. Users can now select either the vehicle or the transporter first, providing greater flexibility in the selection process.
This aligns with the flow in other pages, such as Optima Edit and Manual Indent, where vehicle selection happens first, followed by transporter selection from the available list. This change addresses user challenges in identifying the right transporter and ensures a smoother, more intuitive experience when managing splits and combines.
Capturing of Optima output modification datapoints
To improve transparency and enable accurate cost savings calculations, reports in Optima will now capture both the original Optima-suggested transporter/vehicle type and any user modifications.
- When users edit the transporter or vehicle type in Split, Combine, or Edit workflows, the report will clearly distinguish between the Optima suggestion and the user-modified option. Additionally, users will be prompted to add optional comments explaining their decision during modifications. These comments will also appear in the report, ensuring transparency and providing valuable insights into decision-making processes.
