The MDM home page has been enhanced to bring in improvements for usability and visibility. The following changes have been incorporated: The Master Data Manager is a one-stop dashboard from where master records can be uploaded to Pando. It serves as the database from which all critical business data such as Transporters, Rates, Vehicle types can be uploaded to Pando. The Master Data Manager now has a central dashboard screen which allows users to get an overview of all masters that are supported on their Pando account. It also allows users to upload records from the page and also stay on top of completed and rejected uploads.

PTL Transporter experience enhancement |

The indents slider for PTL transporters now supports grouped indents. Transporters can now click an indent and find all other indents that have been grouped under it. This is helpful when there are several small indents that have grouped together as a part of a larger shipment. Transporters can select any one of the grouped indents and approve it and the same will be reflected for all indents. |
Consignee Master & Depot Master Field name Changes |

The fields 'Do Not Combine' and 'Delivery Do Not Combine' buttons in the consignee and depot master have been renamed to lend more context to the toggle buttons. A tooltip has been added to the toggle buttons. |
Allowing EPOD for the inactive Transporters |

| With the latest release, transporters will now be able to log into the system for the purpose of generating EPOD even if they have been marked as inactive. However, inactive transporters will still be restricted to perform other actions on the indent and shippers will not be able to create and assigns Indents to them. |
Standard Discount on Base Freight for FCM Transporter |

With this release, we are introducing an option to grant a static discount on the Base Freight for FCM transporters. To enable this, a new section 'Static Discount' has been introduced in admin settings for FCM transporters. Users can configure the static discount by selecting one of two options— Base freight or Total taxable value. Based on the selection, a discount will be applied. |

Tolerance percentage logic in the penalty calculation for Damages |

Under Admin settings, users can now configure a tolerance percentage at material quantity to set a threshold for a penalty. If damages exceed the threshold percentage, a penalty would be applied. The tolerance % will be considered in the penalty calculation. The tolerance limit is on the base freight Formula for penalty calculation: ( damage % - tolerance %) * Base freight * Factor |
Detention changes in Admin settings |

In admin settings, separate settings have been introduced for loading and unloading detention settings. This decouples detention settings at the depot and the client level. With this release, users can now configure an independent combination of depot and client settings for loading and unloading detention. Additionally, when a setting has been enabled for loading and the user is modifying the same, then a warning for resetting the previous settings will be shown to the user. |
Remove the BFR related fields from Dedicated Truck Master |

From the dedicated truck master, the following fields have been removed.
The fields had been introduced to handle use cases where BFR charges would be computed based on the base value of the dedicated truck or the previously updated amount. This use case has now been made null with given that there are no pay changes and new logic will be introduced replace the existing fields. Hence the fields have been removed. |
Destination master: Introducing new slab rate logic for ODA |

With this release, ODA charges can now be configured to be applied on contracts that have weight slabs for per kg contracts instead of directly multiplying with the shipment weight. |
LR number and consignment number fields merged |

With this release, LR number and consignment number for integrated PTL transporters has been merged. Moving forward, Pando will populate LR number based on booking with PTL carriers from the LR number fields and assign them to the consignment number fields. |
Restricting multi-drop feature for PTL indents |

With this release, the ability to create multiple drop-points for PTL indents is restricted. When a shipper selects multiple. drop-points while creating a PTL indents, the system will display a dialog box with a warning message. However, when indents are created through the bulk upload method, the system will add separate indents. |
Optima Listing Page: Specific users to create indents from under-utilized trucks |

For accounts who would like to get approval from their SCM before under-utilized orders are formed as indents, Pando now allows setting up permissions for creating indents in Optima—One for creating under-utilized indents and one for the rest of the indents. |
