Optima UI revamp

In line with recent requirements from clients, the Optima home page has been enhanced to bring in improvements for usability and visibility. The following changes have been incorporated:

• Filters for movements: The Optima home page UI has been refreshed to bring in selectors that allow users to filter out all Optima indents based on movements. Users can now filter out Optima Indents based on the type of movement i.e, Primary, Secondary, Vendor and Return.  
  
  
  

• Filter for truck loads: A new selector has been introduced that allows users to filter out indents based on the type of indent i.e PTL or FTL indents. The selector also specifies the number of Indents under each category. Click either PTL or FTL to filter out indents that fall under the respective category.
  
  
  

• Search: A new menu has been introduced that allows users to search for indents based on fields. The following criteria can be used to search for indents:
  
  
  

  • Delivery Number

  • Consignee Reference ID

  • Transporter Reference ID

  • Material Code

  • Destination City

  • Material Category

  • Vehicle Mode

  • Truck Type
    
    

• Column Picker: A new column picker has been introduced that allows users to add or remove fields from the screens. This allows users to get more context from indents that have been created. A maximum of 8 columns can be displayed. 

Driver Number to be included in the Dispatch Notification email

Enclosing the driver's phone number and name along with the dispatch email would aid in coordination efforts at both the consignee location and also for other stakeholders. With this release, the dispatch email will now carry the name of the truck driver in charge of the consignment and their phone number.

Login - View password icon

With this release, users will be able to view the password when they enter it while logging in. This helps them review the password and ensure that it is entered correctly and avoid incorrect passwords.

New menu to stop trips manually

With this release, a user is provide with an option to end the trip regardless for the indent status. For indents with the trip status Pending and Started,  As soon as an indent is started, the user now has the option to end the trip. This is particularly helpful in the case of multi-drops when halts in one of the drop-offs are longer than anticipated or if the truck is held up in one of the drop-off points. The access to this button can be governed by a client through their admin settings and can be enabled to specific users.

Acknowledgement date and Number need to be added in the invoice

Two new fields Acknowledgement number and Acknowledgement date are being introduced to maintain GST details in the transporter master. This will help maintain relevant GST details for transporters and will also be fetched at the time of invoicing. The details will also be available on the RFB and invoices slider. The two new fields will be shown on both the Transporter side and the shipper side.

Per Case slab rates support

With this release, per-case slab rates are being supported for contracts. This can be found under the contract sub-type selection. Admins can now configure contracts measured per-case with or without a slab.

 Chargeable weights for PTL indents

With this release, Pando now enables transporters to calculate freight rates based on the actual picked weight in place of weight derived using dimensions. This freight rate can now be charged to shippers.

 Move Truck In and Out to Indent slider

The Truck In and Truck out options have been moved out from their pop-up to the indent slider to facilitate better access and reduce failure.

 S/D/CD based on Vehicle Seal and Seal Number

For businesses that use seal checks as a part of their process to curb malpractice and ensure material integrity, Pando now has introduced a seal check toggle that is enabled at Gate entry. Users can review and mark the vehicle container seal field. If Seal is damaged, then Shortage and Damage be debited to the transporter and be placed in the wallet automatically.

 Introducing Route Master

With Route Master, you can now create and maintain routes for multiple pickup sources and multiple drop-points. This allows admins to group routes for which multiple contracts can be created.

 MDM Landing screen

The Master Data Manager now features a landing screen that provides an overview of all data present on the system. Masters will be displayed as tiles with the number of records under each. This helps admins get an overview of the system. Users can also access details about ongoing processes such as uploads that are awaiting approval and can also access records that require health-check.

The Master Data Manager now features a landing screen that enables account admins to check for and approve all uploads into the system. This allows account admins to maintain the sanity of their accounts and ensure that the right data is uploaded.

 Additional data to be displayed in e-LR document

A new field LR Date is introduced in the LR document generated. This field can be manually entered. This enables Material invoice date to be displayed at the material level.
