How to set a password?

1. Please enter you e-mail id which is attached to the consignee ref id in master .

2. Click on Need Help? A window will appear with the e-mail id you have entered in username.

3. Click on send option. A mail will be sent from Pando network with OTP. The OTP will expire within 24 hrs.

 4.After login using OTP, a password reset window will appear. Please provide a new password (Default password). 


How to view indents?

1.Please select the correct date range to find the indents

2.Please check whether the consignee id in the app and the indent is same. If not check the e-mail id attached to the consignee ref id.

3.Only when indent in dispatched status it will appear in mobile app.

How to mark the indent delivered? on the indent. The document and reported option will above which you could see date and time is mentioned.

2.Select the correct date the vehicle arrived and click the report.

3. Next window will have document details. Click on the GRN summary make the changes in GRN.

4. For FTL, click on the confirm. The OTP will be sent to driver. Click on submit OTP and add the OTP given by driver. The EPOD will get submitted.

5.For PTL, No OTP submission. After verifying the GRN click on confirm. The EPOD will get submitted.
