Pando follows a release management process to ensure that the product is updated with functionality in a timely and effective manner. Our SDLC is agile-based with a sprint-focused approach for all releases. We follow a monthly release cycle with a focus on introducing newer capabilities in line with our roadmap while also paying attention to fixing bugs reported by our customers. The Pando Fulfilment Cloud product team publishes notes on all our releases to ensure that our users are kept informed of newly introduced capabilities.

Application Customization

The Pando Fulfilment Cloud has been designed to be implementable at scale. To this end, the product offers tailor-made configurations for every use case/business flow. Ahead of implementation, Pando’s value delivery team will collaborate with and help develop a blueprint of the client’s use case and will implement the same as workflow in the product. This collaborative exercise allows customers to evaluate and implement newer processes with the help of capabilities offered by Pando Fulfilment Cloud.

Change Requests

Pando understands that some of our customers may have business processes/flows that are not implementable on our cloud product in its as-is configuration/capabilities. The implementation of such flows may involve the introduction of new functionality/features that are not in line with our product roadmap. For such scenarios, Pando accepts Change Requests from customers and allocates dedicated resources to implement said requests for their version of the Pando Fulfilment Cloud. Pando internal value delivery team will collaborate with the client to evaluate efforts in terms of man hours and will help arrive at a cost for which the change request will be implemented.

Languages Supported

Pando Fulfilment cloud supports language translation for all in-product headers to help with localization for specific geographies. Customers have the option to provide translated headers at the time of implementation to display corresponding header terms in the language of choice. However, the in-product admin (one-time) settings offer limited capabilities in terms of localization; the default language will be set to English.
