Consignees ( can also be Dealers & Retailers, depending on the use case) can access the Pando application to keep track of shipments and indents coming their way. They can access the Pando application in one of two ways:

  • Desktop Application
  • Mobile Application


Desktop Application

The desktop application, called Parcel, allows consignees to carry out their operations. This can be accessed at consignee.pando.in


To access the Desktop application, a representative from the Consignee must have their email added to the consignee master. This will allow them to use the same as the user name while logging in. Once logged in, the desktop application allows Consignees to access the following:


  • Indents: Users can track the status of the indent and filter the various indents that are earmarked to reach the consignee location.


  • Tracking: Users can monitor the timeline of the indent and report when the vehicle reaches the location.
      

  • Mark Proof of delivery: Users can accept the shipment and also mark shortage, damage, and carton damage on the indent. This will be used in the computation of the invoice and payments owed.


  • Delivery Confirmation: Users can add the GRN (Good receipt note) summary and submit it successfully upon receiving an OTP. This concludes the shipment 


Mobile Application

The mobile application, called Parcel, allows consignees to carry out their operations via a mobile app on the go. This can be accessed from the Playstore.


To access the mobile application, a representative from the Consignee must have their email added to the consignee master. This will allow them to use the same as the user name while logging in. Once logged in, the mobile application allows Consignees to access the following:


  • Indents: Users can track the status of the indent and filter the various indents that are earmarked to reach the consignee location.


  • Tracking: Users can monitor the timeline of the indent and report when the vehicle reaches the location.

A Distribution list or multiple email ids can also be added to a Consignee through mobile application. When added to a distribution list, multiple users can access the application and receive indent specific notifications.
