1. Airtel and Vi network sim will need one consent for a year to track.
2 . Jio network sim will need consent for each trip to track.
3. BSNL network cannot be tracked .
4. Porter sim cannot be tracked (Network for sim change from to another then it is called Porter sim )
5 . The consent message is toll-free but the user should have minimum balance to send the consent message .
6. DND Feature - The DND feature may be active on the driver's mobile number, which may be restricting the messages - Send "STOP DND" to 1909 or call 1909 from the drivers mobile to deactivate the DND
7. Message Center Number Error - The Message center number may have any error and preventing messages to be sent. Kindly check if messages to any other number is successful.
