Issue: The output given by optima has deliveries which are clubbed inefficiently/wrongly (Clubbing has happened beyond distance limit. Or clubbing has not happened at all)


Reason: Possible reasons could be Angle deviation or absence of a Contract.

Investigation: 
1. Check if the City/State/Region details are updated correctly in the Depot, Consignee and the Rate Matrix.
2. Check if the Pincode is mentioned correctly
3. Check for the Lat-Long of the Consignee and the Drop off Location.

4. Check if a contract is available for the specified lane.

Solution: 

1. If points 1,2 & 3 are incorrect, correct it for the Client if possible or ask the client to get in touch with their Master Data Manager to update/correct the same.
2. If point 4 is not available ask the client to get in touch with their Master Data Manager to update the same.
