1. Click "Support" icon on the left corner of Pando Application



2. In the Pop-up window

  • Please fill your email ID

  • Enter the Subject line of your ticket that you wanted to file it.

  • Please explain the issue in the description.

  • User can attach a screenshot using the Attach Icon on bottom left corner of the pop-up window.

  • Or User can take a real time screenshot to associate with the ticket.

  • Once you are done filling the information, please click on Create Ticket.
