When a Truck reports at a Plant/Depot gate, below are the steps for security to Truck-In the vehicle.

1. Search for an Indent using Truck number or Indent ID
   
   
2. Click on Truck reported
   
   
3. Click on Truck number and then click on Inspection Tab
   
   
4. Verify the check-list and complete inspection by clicking on Accept.
   
   
5. Once vehicle Inspection is positive, click on Truck-In.
